Announce of the third dividend payment for 2013

- Pursuant to Chapter on Organination and Operation of FCC approved by establishing general stockholders meeting on 31 March 2006.

- Pursuant to the resolution of the annual meeting of General Stockholders Meeting hold on May 27, 2015.

- Pursant to power and responsibilities of BOM Decides of the third dividend payment for 2013

DECIDES
(The third dividend payment for 2013)

Article 1. FCC pays thesecond dividend of the operation results of 2013 at 1,500 VND/share (one thousand and five hundred Vietnam Dong per a share) by cash

Article 2. Time of closing stockholders list on December 15h, 2015 and implementation of payment is from December 20th, 2015.

Article 3. Account and Financial Department takes duties on implementation this announcement.
