- Pursuant to Chapter on Organination and Operation of FCC approved by establishing general stockholders meeting on 31 March 2006.

- Pursuant to the resolution of the annual meeting of General Stockholders Meeting hold on May 27, 2015.

- Pursant to power and responsibilities of BOM

Decides of the second dividend payment for 2013

 

 

 Article 1. FCC pays thesecond dividend of the operation results of 2013 at 1,500 VND/share (one thousand and five hundred Vietnam Dong per a share) by cash

Article 2. Time of closing stockholders list on September 10th, 2015 and implementation of payment is from September 15th, 2015.

Article 3. Account and Financial Department will implement this notice
