SUBJECTS OF INSPECTION:  Chemicals fertilizers, organic fertilizers and other fertilizers

 

LEGAL FOUNDATION:  

 

• The Decree No. 202/2013/NĐ-CP dated 27/11/2013 on fertilizers management 
• The Circular No. 41/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated 13/11/2014 on fertilizers management of the division of responsibility of MARD
• The Circular No. 29/2014/TT-BCT dated 30/09/2014 on fertilizers management of the division of responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade
• The Decision No. 9642/QĐ-BCT dated 28/10/2014 and Decision No. 1561/QĐ-BCT dated 03/05/2017 to assign the laboratory of FCC Company on testing quality of fertilizers
• The Decision No. 10249/QĐ-BCT dated 12/11/2014 and Decision No. 1549/QĐ-BCT dated 03/05/2017 to assign FCC Company on certifying the fertilizers

 

INSPECTION/TESTING SERVICES PERFORMED:

 

• Certification of conformity of standards and technical regulations on all kinds of fertilizers
• Analysis of fertilizer quality specifications according to the standards and applicable technical regulations
• Notifying the results of the quality state control of imported fertilizers for each shipment.
