Announce of the advanced dividend payment for 2006 and 2007

1. FCC pays advanced dividend of the operation results of 2006 (341 VND/share) and 2007 (1.500 VND/share). Total advanced dividend is 1,841 VND/share  and implementation of payment is in January 2008..
2. FCC Board of Management decided to hold the 2008 annual General Shareholder Meeting in February 2008.
