Announce of the first dividend payment for 2011

1. FCC pays dividend of the operation results of 2011 at 2,220 VND/share (two thousand two hundred twenty Vietnam Dong) by cash.
2. Time of closing stockholders list on 10 July 2012 and implementation of payment is from July 16th, 2012.
3. Account and Financial Department will implement this notice
