-        Consulting, designing for the installing equipment, air ventilation system, heat providing system and air conditioning systems

-       Consulting, supervising for the civil and industrial constructions; Supervision of installation of equipment, electromechanical system;

-       Sampling, quality inspection of construction works and other services related to construction.

-       To ensure the construction and installation are properly implemented under the design documents

-       To find and handle the details of works that contractors and investors are unclear

-       To assist the investors and the design contractor to resolve the errors at the sites.

 

The scope of the consultancy will include the following services:

-       Supervision of construction quality

-       Checking of construction methods and labor safety.

-       Supervision of the progress of work.

-       Supervision and testing the quality of construction materials.

-       Checking and certifying the construction volume and quantity.

-       Confirming the acceptance of construction works according to regulations.

-       Confirmation of construction completion drawing.

Construction supervision is a services that includes:

-       To confirm the acceptance when the constructions have been built to comply with their designs, construction regulations, construction standards and quality assurance

-       To require the construction contractors to comply with the contracts

-       To refuse the acceptance confirmation when the works not conform to meet the quality requirements

-       To propose to the investors for unreasonable designs for timely amendment;

 

The professional person whom is conducting this job is called the 'Construction Quality Supervision Consultant Engineer' and must have a 'Construction Supervisor' certificate issued by a state management department and must meet the requirements of legal regulations.
