On July 17, 2014, the General Department of Metrology issued Official Letter No. 1309/TDC-HCHQ regarding the implementation of certification and inspection of imported steel according to the regulations in Circular No. 44/2013/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN. The main contents are as follows:
