SURVEY SERVICES:

Inspection of rice quantity, weight, and quality

Inspection of physico-chemical parameters (moisture content, broken rice ratio, chalky kernels, yellow kernels, foreign matter, damaged kernels, grain length, heavy metals, genetically modified organisms, pesticide residues, etc.)

METHODS & PROCEDURES:

Survey procedures are applied in accordance with international standards and specific requirements of each importing market (EU, USA, Middle East, Africa, etc.).

MARKET COVERAGE:

A dedicated network of survey personnel in the Mekong Delta (Tien Giang, Long An, Dong Thap, Can Tho, Soc Trang) and at ports in Ho Chi Minh City, bonded warehouses, etc. Internationally standardized laboratory equipment ensures accuracy and international recognition. FCC has extensive experience in rice export and import to demanding markets such as Japan, Korea, the EU, the Middle East, Africa, China, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

GUIDELINES FOR SURVEY REQUEST:

Customers are required to submit a survey request clearly stating the survey requirements, time and location of inspection, and contact details. Relevant shipment information must be provided (sales contract). The “Survey Request Form” is available (Download here).
