DESIGN APPRAISAL & CONSULTING, INVESTMENT PROJECT EVALUATION

CUSTOMERS:

Investors, enterprises, financial institutions, banks, and investment funds requiring independent and objective evaluation of construction investment projects, installation of technology lines, or infrastructure development.

LEGAL BASIS:

FCC is an inspection organization licensed by the Ministry of Construction to operate construction activities for Class 1, 2, 3 projects, etc., and owns a testing laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Project management and supervision activities are conducted in compliance with the Construction Law, technical regulations and standards (QCVN, TCVN), and relevant legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting (FPF).

APPRAISAL & CONSULTING SERVICES:

FCC provides comprehensive design appraisal and investment project consulting services, focusing on review and optimization from the initial stages. The services include appraisal of basic design and technical design dossiers to assess compliance with construction standards and regulations, fire prevention and fighting, environmental requirements, and relevant legal requirements; concurrently analyzing the rationality, feasibility, and level of optimization of technical solutions, and early detection of design conflicts, ineffective construction methods, or potential risks. In parallel, FCC evaluates cost estimates, quantities, and unit prices to control investment costs and minimize inaccurate budgeting or budget overruns. For investment projects, FCC provides an overall assessment of technical and technological feasibility, potential risks, and investment efficiency, supporting investors in making sound decisions.

METHOD – PROCESS:

Receiving and reviewing all legal documents, design documents, and investment objectives of the project. Developing a comprehensive management plan covering quality, schedule, cost, and safety. Throughout the implementation process, FCC’s supervisory team prepares periodic reports and submits them to the Investor for acceptance of each work item, completes as-built documentation, and final settlement.
