SURVEY SERVICES:
FCC provides inspection services for quality, quantity, condition, and loss assessment of agricultural commodities such as pepper, cashew nuts, dried cassava chips, etc. at ports, on board vessels, and at warehouses. Inspection activities ensure objectivity, integrity, and full compliance with customer requirements. Specifically as follows:
1. At warehouses: Inspection of cargo condition, packaging, quantity, weight, quality, storage methods, stacking and lashing; supervision of inbound and outbound warehouse operations; warehouse management; custody of pledged/secured goods, etc.
2. During transportation: Inspection of the condition of means of transport prior to loading and unloading; supervision of loading and unloading operations; monitoring the transportation process from warehouse to loading port and from discharge port to warehouse.
3. At loading and discharge ports: Inspection of cargo condition, packaging, marks and labels, quantity, weight, volume, quality; supervision of loading and unloading operations; inspection of cargo hold cleanliness.
GUIDELINES FOR SURVEY REQUEST:
- Customers are required to submit:
- A survey request clearly stating the inspection requirements, time and location of inspection, and contact person.
