SURVEY SERVICES:

• Inspection of coffee quantity, weight, and quality by weighing
• Coffee cupping (sensory evaluation) services
• Analysis of parameters (moisture content, percentage of black beans, broken beans, brown beans, foreign matter such as soil and stones, bean size and grading ratios, etc.)

METHODS & PROCEDURES:

HD-7.5AP/02; HD-7.5AP/03; HD-7.5AP/04. Survey procedures are applied in accordance with international standards and the specific requirements of each importing market (EU, USA, Middle East, Africa, etc.).

FCC is a professional inspection organization in the field of green coffee beans for export and domestic markets, with a strong presence in Vietnam’s key raw material regions such as the Central Highlands, South Central Coast, and Northwest. Services are implemented in accordance with Vietnamese and international standards and commercial contract requirements, ensuring Accuracy – Objectivity – Timeliness.

A wide personnel network covering Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, and major import–export ports. Modern laboratories and management processes compliant with international standards.

• A survey request clearly stating the inspection requirements, time and location of inspection, and contact person.
