INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, STRUCTURES & EQUIPMENT
CUSTOMER:
Investors, project management boards, construction contractors, supervision consultants, and other organizations and individuals involved in construction activities.
SUBJECTS OF INSPECTION:
Including construction materials, building structures, and equipment installed during construction. Reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, and welds; along with construction equipment and technical systems such as electromechanical (M&E) equipment, fire protection systems
LEGAL BASIS:
FCC is an inspection organization licensed by the Ministry of Construction to operate construction projects of categories 1, 2, 3… and owns a testing laboratory that meets ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Project management and supervision activities are carried out in compliance with the Construction Law, technical standards and regulations (QCVN, TCVN) and relevant legal regulations on fire protection and prevention.
METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Receiving and studying all legal documents, design and investment objectives of the project. Developing a comprehensive management plan including quality, schedule, cost and safety. Throughout the implementation process, FCC’s supervisory team establishes periodic reports which are prepared and submitted to the Investor for acceptance of each item, completing the project completion documents and final settlement.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING INSPECTION:
Customers need to submit a service request clearly stating the type of construction, the items to be inspected, the applicable standards, the time and location of execution, and contact information. Where available, clients should provide additional design documents, cost estimates, contractor contracts, building permits, and relevant technical and legal documents to ensure the inspection is carried out quickly and accurately.
