CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
CUSTOMER:
Investors in civil and industrial construction projects and fire protection systems, especially medium to large-scale projects with multiple contractors, requiring strict control over quality, progress, costs, and legal compliance.
INSPECTION SUBJECTS:
The service covers the entire construction project, from the investment preparation phase to completion and acceptance. FCC manages civil construction projects such as office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and apartment buildings; industrial construction projects such as factories, workshops, and warehouses; as well as fire protection system installation projects. The focus of management includes construction quality, implementation progress, investment costs, occupational safety, and full compliance with current technical regulations and standards.
LEGAL BASIS:
FCC is an inspection organization licensed by the Ministry of Construction to conduct construction activities for projects of categories 1, 2, 3… and owns a testing laboratory that meets ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Project management and supervision are carried out in compliance with the Construction Law, technical regulations and standards (QCVN, TCVN), and relevant legal regulations on fire prevention and control.
METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Receiving and studying all legal documents, designs, and investment objectives of the project. Developing a comprehensive management plan including quality, progress, cost, and safety. Throughout the implementation process, FCC’s supervisory team will monitor the project.
Periodic reports are prepared and submitted to the Investor for acceptance of each item, completion of the project completion documents, and final settlement.

When in need, customers simply need to send a service request specifying the type of construction, project scale, management phase (from the beginning of the project, during construction, or completion phase), time, location of implementation, and contact information. If available, customers should also provide design documents, cost estimates, contractor contracts, construction permits, and other relevant legal documents.
SERVICE FEES:
Project Management service fees are agreed upon based on the scale and complexity of the project, scope of management, implementation time, and accompanying supervision, inspection, or fire safety requirements.
