CUSTOMERS:

Exporting enterprises, manufacturers, traders dealing in agricultural products, timber, handicrafts, and organizations and individuals requiring quarantine treatment prior to export. The service aims to ensure that goods fully comply with the quarantine requirements of importing countries, avoiding the risk of clearance refusal, re-export, or destruction at the port of destination.

FUMIGATION OBJECTS:

Containers carrying export goods, empty containers prior to loading, and wooden packaging materials such as pallets, crates, boxes, and dunnage. Commonly treated goods include agricultural products (rice, coffee, cashew nuts, pepper, maize, beans, etc.), timber and handicraft products, animal feed raw materials, and goods at risk of insect infestation, termites, or mold.

LEGAL BASIS:

FCC is an independent fumigation and inspection organization licensed by the Department of Crop Production & Plant Protection to carry out treatment, with fumigation certificates having full legal validity. The fumigation process complies with the Department’s guidelines and meets the quarantine requirements of importing countries. In particular, the Fumigation Certificate issued by FCC is widely accepted at ports of destination.

METHODS – PROCEDURES:

The container fumigation process at FCC is conducted in accordance with international standards, starting with the receipt of information on the type of goods, importing market, and container type in order to survey and advise on the most suitable treatment plan. FCC inspects the container condition to ensure airtightness prior to gas injection. Fumigation is carried out by professional technicians using approved chemicals such as Methyl Bromide or Phosphine at precisely calculated dosages. Containers are sealed and maintained for the required exposure period to ensure effective pest eradication. After completion of the exposure period, FCC performs ventilation and measures residual gas concentrations to ensure absolute safety before issuing the Fumigation Certificate with international legal validity.
