FERTILIZER PRODUCT CONFORMITY CERTIFICATION

CUSTOMER:

Domestic fertilizer manufacturers, fertilizer importers, distributors, and organizations and individuals engaged in fertilizer business in Vietnam.

CERTIFICATION SUBJECTS:

Inorganic and organic fertilizer products under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, including domestically produced and imported fertilizers in batches. Certification applies to products before circulation, customs clearance, or market distribution.

LEGAL BASIS:

FCC is accredited as a Laboratory Accreditation Certificate (VILAS 528) with sufficient testing capacity in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, issued by the Accreditation Office (BoA) under the National Accreditation Office of the National Committee for Standards, Metrology and Quality. At the same time, FCC has the capacity for on-site sampling and inspection according to ISO/IEC 17020, helping to ensure representative, objective, and transparent samples, providing a solid foundation for businesses to carry out conformity certification, declare quality, and resolve commercial disputes.

CONFORMITY CERTIFICATION SERVICES:

FCC provides a comprehensive fertilizer conformity certification service, supporting businesses from consulting on appropriate certification methods to issuing certificates. For imported fertilizers, FCC performs certification using the batch assessment method (Method 7), directly serving the customs clearance process. For domestically produced fertilizers, FCC performs certification using the production process assessment and monitoring method (Method 5), helping businesses maintain stable and legal production operations in the long term.

GUIDE TO REQUESTING CERTIFICATION:

When requiring fertilizer conformity certification, businesses need to submit a service request specifying the type of fertilizer, origin (domestically produced or imported), desired certification method, number of shipments or production scale, and contact information. If necessary, businesses can provide additional technical documentation, applicable standards, and relevant legal documents for FCC to advise on and implement appropriate certification.
