Announce of the second dividend payment for 2012

 

 Article 1. FCC Control and Fumigation Joint Stock Company pays the second dividend of the operation results of 2012 at 1,800 VND/share by cash

Article 2. Time of closing stockholders list on March 20th, 2014 and implementation of payment is from March 25th, 2014.

Article 3. Account and Financial Department takes duties on implementation this announcement.
