- Pursuant to the resolution of the annual meeting of General Stockholders Meeting hold on 26 April 2014.

- Pursant to power and responsibilities of BOM

Announce of the first dividend payment for 2013

 

 1. FCC pays the first dividend of the operation results of 2013 at 1,000 VND/share (one thousand Vietnam Dong per a share) by cash

2. Time of closing stockholders list on October 15th, 2014 and implementation of payment is from October 20th, 2014.

3. Account and Financial Department will implement this notice
