- Pursuant to the resolution of the annual meeting of General Stockholders Meeting hold on 18 April 2013.

- Pursant to power and responsibilities of BOM

Announce of the first dividend payment for 2012

 

 1. FCC pays the first dividend of the operation results of 2012 at 2,700 VND/share (two thousand seven hundred Vietnam Dong) by cash

2. Time of closing stockholders list on July 20th, 2013 and implementation of payment is from July 25th, 2013.

3. Account and Financial Department will implement this notice
